The F.B.I team's favorite waitress, Kitty Chen, seems to be involved in software piracy and has been using Tara's business card in the process. After further investigation, the case appears to be connected to some drug dealers. In the meantime, Myles is being considered for the candidacy for the new face of the F.B.I.
Episode 14
Trying to catch a long wanted criminal, the F.B.I team must use a jail bound con man in order to get him. Unfortunately, their informant happens to be Bobby's criminal father who he is less than happy about working with.
Episode 15
Sue and Myles are assigned to a special task force trying to take down a South American drug group but things start to go wrong when an agent is killed in the field and Sue is blamed. With Troy and Charlie's help however, the team might just be able to remove the blame.

When it seems that an innocent man was convicted of being a serial killer long ago, the F.B.I starts a new search using evidence from a recent killing that resembles that of the old murderer. In the meantime, Jack goes to court when he is accused of killing and traumatizing chickens.

While Sue reluctantly attends a the wedding of an old classmate, the F.B.I is on the lookout for a prisoner soon to be released who may be after his wife that helped put him in jail.
Episode 18
Lucy's mom announces that she is engaged while the F.B.I looks into the shooting of a judge who is a friend of Jack's by a young man, Billy, who also happens to be a friend of Jack's.
