Pilchard In A Pickle
Bob and the gang have a big job – repairing some pipework in Farmer Pickles field. They set off, with Travis the Tractor carrying the new pipes. Wendy has got Pilchard’s breakfast ready for her.
Muck Gets Stuck
Bob, Scoop & Muck have to make repairs to a tunnel. When they arrive, Bob sends Muck ahead into the tunnel with a load of bricks. Bob's old generator breaks down, the light fails and Muck is stranded.
Scoop Saves The Day
A heavy storm causes a lot of damage, bringing down trees, telegraph poles and fences. Bob's in great demand but he can't be in two places at once.
Buffalo Bob
A dance floor in a field? What are we building this for, wonders Muck. Bob explains: it's for the big line dancing competition that evening.
Wendy's Busy Day
Bob's cold threatens to stop a major resurfacing job on the main road into the village. Who's going to supervise the team of machines if Bob's ill?
Bob Saves The Hedgehogs
Bob and gang are working on the road near Farmer Pickles field. Just as Roley is about to flatten some loose chippings, Bob spots some unexpected traffic on the road – a family of hedgehogs!
Bob's Bugle
PARP! Whilst Bob is doing a bit of plumbing work he discovers some pipes that make a noise a bit like a trumpet. Bob thinks they sound exactly like a trumpet and proceeds to construct his Bugle.
Bob's Birthday
It's Bob's Birthday and Wendy has a brilliant idea. Everyone has to pretend that they've forgotten Bob's Birthday but then surprise him later with a big party!
Travis Paints The Town
Whilst Muck and Roley are finishing work on a new section of road, Bob is preparing to paint on the white lines that go down the middle. Suddenly Bob gets called away to Mrs. Potts to fix her fence.
Travis And Scoop's Race Day
In the hot sun, Scoop and Roley are carrying out repairs to the country lane. Travis and Spud are lounging in the shade of a tree, watching them work and teasing them for it.
Naughty Spud
Whilst building a new shed for Travis, Bob is left ‘stranded’ when naughty Spud takes Bob’s ladder to go apple picking.
Scary Spud
Bob has a day working at the yard building some window frames. Meanwhile Spud the scarecrow is bored of standing around in the field all day long – he wants some action.

Spud the Spanner
Spud tries to be a builder like Bob, but things go wrong. After a windy mishap, Bob rescues him, and Spud decides he's better off as a scarecrow.

Wallpaper Wendy
Bob struggles to wallpaper Mrs. Broadbent’s flat, but Wendy saves the day. She loves the result and praises them both for their great teamwork.
Runaway Roley
Roley sleep-rolls into town, causing chaos. Bob and the team build a quick bridge to stop him. He wakes up unaware of the trouble he caused.
Bob's Big Surprise
While Wendy is away, Bob and the gang give her garden a make-over.
Dizzy's Statues
Bob has to put up bollards around the town hall and put up traffic stops and Mrs. Potts' garden statues at the same time.
Lofty to the Rescue
Lofty avoids the bridge due to his fear of heights. Spud teases him, causes chaos, and ends up in trouble after climbing a log pile.
Wendy's Big Match
Wendy and the team prepare a football pitch for a big match. Meanwhile, Bob tidies up his yard for the Brightest Building Yard competition.

Tea Set Travis
Bob’s team collects recycling while Farmer Pickles saves Gran’s tea set. Spud's game with Travis puts the fragile set in unexpected danger.
Dizzy's Birdwatch
Bob and Lofty find a bird’s nest. Dizzy watches over it, and after days of care, she proudly sees the baby bird hatch and take its first flight.
Clocktower Bob
Bob gets stuck on the Clocktower after Lofty knocks over the ladder. As night falls, Wendy finds the team and helps bring everyone safely back.
Pilchard Goes Fishing
While Wendy fixes a crash, Pilchard tries to catch Bob’s fish. The lean-to gets repaired, and Pilchard’s last attempt earns her a reward she no longer wants.
Wendy's Tennis Court
While the team lays asphalt, Spud falls on it and makes a mess. His fix fails, but Dizzy and Roley repair it just in time for a quick match with Bob.
